Effective date: April 17, 2026. KuhnKur (“we”, “our”, “us”) helps people coordinate plans with friends. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We collect account details (name, email, profile photo), group data, connected calendar metadata, event availability windows, and device diagnostics needed to run and secure the service.

If you connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple iCloud (CalDAV), KuhnKur reads Google busy windows and other calendar events to generate scheduling and coordination features. For iCloud we store an app-specific password encrypted at rest. We do not sell personal data and we do not use calendar content for advertising.

We rely on a small set of service providers to operate KuhnKur: Stripe processes subscription payments (we never see your card details); Sentry collects application error reports and performance traces to help us fix bugs; Google, Microsoft, and Apple provide sign-in and calendar access when you choose to connect them; and Vercel and Neon host the application and its database. These providers process data only to deliver their respective services.

Your visibility controls determine who can see your availability and events inside the product. You can update permissions at any time in the app settings.

We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed for legal, security, and backup requirements. You can request account deletion from Settings, which removes your primary profile and app data after processing windows complete.

Google API Services Limited Use.KuhnKur's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar data obtained via the calendar.freebusyscope is used only to provide the user-facing busy-time and conflict-detection features inside KuhnKur. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising purposes, do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models, and do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve these user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to affected users. You may revoke KuhnKur's access at any time from Settings or from your Google Account permissions page.
